About the Author
Ruth Geye is a playwright, director, & cultural organizer. She is a founding member of the queer Yiddish theatre collective GLYK, which has brought its patchwork performances to Target Margin, trans-pecos, CPR, The Jalopy, Stone Circle, The Tank, and a now-defunct basement venue once known as The Hole. She’s been commissioned to create new works for Gingold Theatrical Group's Speakers' Corner and San Diego JFEST/Coastal Roots Farm. Her plays include These and Those (Theater Between Addresses, San Diego REP), How can I help you? (Gingold Theatrical Group, The Tank), Newtown Creek (REGENERATE! eco performance fest), and The Elephant (The Blank).
