About the Author

Sarah Hoogenraad is a playwright with a deep love for chaotic comedy. She started out as an actor and desperately wanted to see more roles for funny women. So, she decided to start writing them herself! Her plays include Celebrity Crush, Free Parking, Best Friends/Worst Partners, This Stop, and many more. You can frequently see her work around NYC, mostly at The Tank, Chain Theatre, QED Astoria, and wherever she can put it up next. She feels extremely blessed and grateful to be a playwright. She is the founder of The Crush Plays Project and lives/writes in Astoria, Queens with her husband, Chandler.
